Main ingredients: (per capsule)  400 mg organically grown Turmeric with Black pepper + Ginger in vegetable capsules. Refer to label for full list of ingredients.

Curcumin reduces joint inflammation and eases painful symptoms in OA, due to its anti-inflammatory effects. [2] In fact, it has been found to be as effective as ibuprofen in reducing pain and improving joint function in people with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. [3]

Curcumin also helps in reducing the symptoms in rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune condition where chronic inflammation damages and destroys cartilage and the surrounding tissue. This causes painful joints with swelling, stiffness and reduced mobility. Chronic inflammation of the joint also causes joint injury and deformity.
